- Improved customer import and QB customer sync
 - Allow public comments to not be emailed
 - Migrating users from old custom fields to NEW custom fields for Tickets
 - Allow empty address for Quickbooks Desktop
 - Add IP Whitelist feature for Techs
 - Add optionally required fields to Customer Settings
 - Make Tickets not print if an appointment is present (field job)
 - New Quick Create menu for ease of access, upper right
 - Allow in-line edit of Ticket problem type
