Basic Service - Data Backup/System Cleaning/Remove Spyware

The three components of the Basic Service package - data backup, system cleaning and installing software to remove spyware, are explained in more detail below.

Spyware Removal

Spyware removal is a service where we install third party applications onto your computer in order to perform the removal of unwanted files. This process is 99% safe if performed correctly and tends to improve internet browsing performance and reclaim used hard disk space. For maximum benefit it is advised to perform this in addition to a system clean.

System Cleaning

System cleaning removes unwanted temporary files that are left behind by internet browsing and the uninstalling of software from your computer. The service also frees up used hard disk space and improves system performance.
This service is also 99% safe if done correctly.

Data Backup

Data backup service is performed under certain conditions according to the amount of data required to save. We try and limit data backup to 4GB.

Conditions to Data Backup service:

Customers must confirm the data they would like backed up (advise customers copy data to a specific folder).
Media up to 4GB will be supplied. Additional media can be supplied at cost.
Customers must have a working DVD-R drive and associated software in order to perform data backup.
If a working DVD-R drive is not available the computer must have a firewire port or USB ports to enable data transfer.
Data backup exceeding 4GB is cannot done onsite.
Customer take full responsibility for data once verified and supplied.
Data Backup Form must be signed and dated by customer prior to proceeding.
